"Formerly known as the Cinematography Society, UYFS has been making low budget student films for the past several years. Since 1999 its members have made 2 full features, won numerous awards at film festivals, and have made DVDs for other occasions (e.g. Fusion and Gradball).

Producing at least 20 short films a year, there is always something to do at UYFS. Whether it's writing, directing, acting or crewing, UYFS caters for all levels of experiences, providing training where needed and help every step of the way in creating a film."
