Playing For Keeps were a pop-punk band formed in 2006 by then-Make It Better Later drummer Steve O'Gallagher. Their lineup consisted of:
- Steve O'Gallagher - guitar/vocals
- James Hyde - lead guitar
- Ben Grimes - bass
- Matt Grum - drums
- Mungo Pay - keyboards/backing vocals
Since they formed, PFK have played at Access All Areas, Toffs, Battle of the Bands, Woodstock and the Summer Ball.
The band ceased to be in 2007, with O'Gallagher's graduation from the University. The other members joined/formed other campus bands.
