The Quite Interesting Society is a group of students who are fans of the BBC2 TV show QI, or more generally trivia and comedy.

The society is involved with a fairly wide ranging number of activities. QI soc aims to launch a lecture series in the autumn term of 2008/09 and a student production of QI in the spring term. The society also organises trips to the recordings of QI during the summer term with the opportunity of meeting the show's guests in the green room afterwards. Quizes and watching QI are also frequent events. Students that would like to attend any events are advised to join the mailing list by sending an email to the address below.

The society was launched in the spring term of 2008 at an event entitled "an audience with John Lloyd" (the creator of QI). A video of the event is available (part 1 here and part 2 here).
